build 47

The build 47 is released and available under the snapshots link.

It was made under BricsCAD but it works under autoCAD too with removing missing items in VBA references.

Works under the new Bricscad

After some small code hackings the code runs under the new BricsCAD version.
Meanwhile the new progeCAD was announced.

We have now two alternatives to replace the acad.
